Fitness Journey: How it begun and why I failed in the past

After a good yoga morning session, I was filled with so much positive energy and so I decided to record a video blog about a topic that is close to my heart; my fitness journey.

If you had been following me on my socials, I often post about my daily morning workouts. It is a joy for me to inspire others to begin their journey because they have seen that I can do it despite the odds, such as the pandemic, limited equipment and not having enough time.

Not everybody knows that it took me a while to get into my rhythm. It actually took years. For someone who is so insecure about her body, I was always after something that will give me quick results. I wanted something that will make me thin, fast. Yes, my goal before has always been to be thin. I guess I got it from watching too many fashion shows, or beauty contests, or maybe just because I like what I do not have which is those really slender body types. Or maybe, just maybe, I really do not like who I am back then.

In today’s video blog, I shared after years and years of getting frustrated, I was finally able to find what will work for me. I also looked back on the reason why I failed over and over in the past.
