My ZALORA Shopping Experience

I finally decided to try shopping at Zalora Philippines. I’ve been wanting to go mall shopping but it takes a lot of time and right now, with no nanny for Little H, I just do not have much to spare.


I shopped using the Zalora mobile app. I like how convenient it is to use it. It is very organized that one will not have a hard time browsing.

Its filter button was the savior for me for it saved me a lot of time looking for what I want. Normally, when I shop, I have something in mind already of what I want; may it be the brand, color, and prize. With the filter option, I can narrow down my choices into all these factors to limit my choices.

My initial concern before buying at an online store for clothes is the size. I am concerned that I might not get a good fit. But it is somehow solved because Zalora has size guide. Also, the brands that I bought are the ones I usually buy at the mall so in a way I am already familiar with my size on that particular brand. Now, if you happen to have gotten the wrong size, for most items, you can opt to return it or have it exchanged within 30 days. It is actually very convenient. I bought one blouse one size bigger so I called customer service and have it picked up. So easy! transaction done in less than 15 minutes! Then the following day, it was picked up and two days after, the correct size was delivered.

Payment option is either credit or cash on delivery, which i think again is very convenient and flexible for customers. Delivery is fast and right on schedule. Packaging is always good and clothes are well taken cared of.

Shopping Tip: When shopping always read carefully the details for each item. It is there for a reason. Check the delivery lead time, care instruction and return policy. Some items (i think those with free size) have no return options so be mindful of that. I ordered one particular item in which delivery lead time is two weeks. I did not see it upon ordering and so I was wondering for a couple of days why all orders arrived, except for that item. So please be very careful before you hit the “Add to Bag” button.

Overall, my shopping experiences with Zalora are all very good. The quality is always superb. Customer service is consumer friendly. My only suggestion is that the also add clothes and other items for Kids. For sure I will be shopping more often!
